By placing an order with Ezscreen.com, a customer (buyer), herein referred to as "I," agrees to the following sales terms and conditions:
I have read and understood the policies at Ezscreenn.com.
I agree to pay Ezscreen.com in full amount for my order including shipping, handling and tax if applicable. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain as the property of Ezscreen.com. I am responsible for any legal expense toward collecting debts.
Payment must be received by Ezscreen.com prior to Ezscreen's acceptance of an order. Orders are not binding upon Ezscreen.com until accepted by Ezscreen.
I agree that I'll pay for shipping any item(s) back to Ezscreen.com for warranty of defective products or refund purposes unless it is a result of Ezscreen.com's mistake that does NOT include errors made by shipping companies.
Shipping and labor charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items.
Ezscreen.com does not guarantee that products sold are defect free or 100% compatible to each other or with existing parts.
Ezscreen.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from Ezscreen.com, web site information, and advise by phone, web site surfing, or e-mail.
Ezscreen.com is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
I will not intentionally cause any damage to Ezscreenn.com, physically, financially or in reputation.
Return Policy
If you are an end-user customer who bought new standard products directly from Ezscreen, you may return them to Ezscreen within 10 days of the date of invoice for a refund or credit of the product purchase price. The refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. If you are an organization that bought the products under a written agreement with Ezscreen, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy. This policy does not apply to custom products purchased from Ezscreen or products that have been modified by or for the buyer.
To return products, you must call Ezscreen Customer Service to receive a Credit Return Authorization Number. Refer to the chapter titled "Getting Help" in your system's troubleshooting documentation to find the appropriate telephone number for obtaining customer assistance. To expedite the processing of your refund or credit, Ezscreen expects you to return the products to Ezscreen in their original packaging within 10 (ten) days of the date that Ezscreen issues the Credit Return Authorization Number. You must also prepay shipping charges, clearly mark the outer packaging with the RMA number provided and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for a refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskette(s) or CD(s) is unopened. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. For customers who want to return, for refund or credit only, either applications software or an operating system that has been installed by Ezscreen, the whole system must be returned, along with any media and documentation that may have been included in the original shipment.
Note: Do not activate or register the operating system on your product until you have completed your evaluation period. Products whose operating system have been activated are no longer returnable for credit or refund.
